The Pitt is the one to beat. It's already the reigning winner, it led everyone in nominations this year, and medical dramas that nail the "controlled chaos" tone tend to age well with voters. I don't see anyone knocking it off unless the Academy wants to spread the love.
Pluribus is my dark horse pick that could actually pull off the upset. It's a first-year show, but Apple has been quietly building serious Emmy credibility, and the sci-fi premise gave voters something genuinely different to talk about. If there's an upset coming, this is where I'd put my money.
Slow Horses keeps getting nominated and keeps not winning, which is kind of its whole personality at this point. Gary Oldman is fantastic every season, but I think this is another "great work, no trophy" year for the show.
Lower down, The Gilded Age and A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms feel like they're there for prestige and craft nods rather than a real shot at the top prize. Nothing wrong with that — being nominated in this field is an accomplishment on its own.

Hacks is going out on top. A record-breaking 24 nominations in its final season basically tells you everything about how the Academy feels. Barring a shocking twist, this is Jean Smart's show to lose, and I don't think she loses it.
That said, keep an eye on Widow's Bay. Apple's new comedy-horror hit landed 19 nominations out of nowhere, which is the kind of number that makes voters pay attention. It probably doesn't beat Hacks this year, but it's clearly the show building momentum for next season.
The Bear keeps getting nominated even though a lot of fans (myself included, honestly) feel like the show has lost some of its early spark. I'd guess it picks up individual acting nods more than the top series prize this time around.

DTF St. Louis is the one people underestimate. 13 nominations is nothing to sneeze at, and dark-comedy limited series have had a good run with voters the last few years.

A few storylines are making this year more interesting than a typical predictions post usually covers:
