Delta Force Operator Tier List: My Season 11 Rankings (2026)

My honest Delta Force operator tier list for Season 11: Reorientation — who I actually bring into Operations and Warfare, and who I've dropped for good.

Where I'd Put Everyone Right Now

Quick overview before the deep dive, roughly ordered best to worst for a mixed Operations/Warfare rotation:

  • S-Tier: D-Wolf, Stinger, Rover
  • A-Tier: Luna, Shepherd, N-Two, Toxik, Hackclaw
  • B-Tier: Nox, Gizmo, Sineva, Vlinder
  • C-Tier: Raptor, Vyron
  • D-Tier: Tempest, Morse, Uluru

That's the summary. Here's why, operator by operator.

S-Tier: The Operators I Bring Every Match

D-Wolf is still my default Assault pick. The Tactical Slide passive makes duels feel unfair in a good way, and he doesn't need a perfect map read to be useful — you just point him at the fight. He's been S-tier since I started playing, and while Season 11 focused its balance pass on other roles, the sniper handling and armor penetration adjustments this patch actually made close-range Assault duels lean even more in his favor. When ranged fights get shorter, a mobility-first kit like his gets stronger by default.

Stinger is the support I miss the most whenever I queue without him. Self-heal plus squad revives from the Hive-Tech Pistol means fewer wipes from one bad engagement, and his smokes buy time in Warfare pushes that regular meds just can't. He's one of the operators who picked up real numbers in the Season 11 support pass, so the sustain gap between him and everyone else in his role only got wider this patch.

Rover is the headline addition of Season 11, and I wasn't expecting to like him this much this fast. The kit is built around dragging hidden enemies into the open with Clover instead of just sitting back and topping off HP bars — that's a genuinely different playstyle from every other support in the game, not a reskin of an existing kit. He's also on the free Battle Pass track, so there's zero excuse not to try him before deciding he's overhyped.

A-Tier: Reliable, Just Not Broken

Luna's wall marks give a kind of map awareness free operators just don't have, and on the reworked Layali Grove and the new Warfare map added this season, that intel matters more than usual simply because there's more unfamiliar terrain to scout. She's a hair below the S-tier three mostly because her value depends on you actually using the information — she doesn't win fights by herself the way Rover or Stinger can.

Shepherd, N-Two, and Toxik all do their job without needing a genius squad around them, which is why I keep coming back to them even in solo queue. Hackclaw picked up a real buff this season — his Signal Decoder now feels worth the unlock cost instead of a nice-to-have, and he's genuinely the best value operator if you're grinding events anyway.

B-Tier: Fun, But Situational

This is where I'll push back on some other Delta Force tier lists a little. Nox and Gizmo are good operators, but they ask more of you mechanically than the S-tier picks do — you have to already know the map to get full value. Sineva is a solid engineer, just not a standout one. And Vlinder is the operator I think is most underrated on paper after her buff — the numbers look better than the reputation, but the community hasn't caught up yet, so you'll rarely see her picked.

C-Tier: I've Mostly Moved On

Raptor and Vyron aren't bad, exactly — Vyron especially is fine for learning the game and still holds up in casual Warfare. But once you've got a few unlocks under your belt, there's rarely a reason to pick either over an S- or A-tier alternative in the same role.

D-Tier: The Ones I Skip in the Loadout Screen

I'll be honest, this tier exists mostly because someone has to be last, not because these three are unplayable. Tempest has a kit built around area denial that just doesn't come up often enough in how my squad actually plays — good in theory, rarely the deciding factor in a match. Morse is a perfectly serviceable Recon pick, but Luna and Nox both do the same job better with less setup. Uluru is the one I get the most pushback on ranking this low, since her kit reads well on paper, but in practice I find myself relying on her far less than any other Support once Stinger or Rover are unlocked. None of these three are traps — they're just the operators I reach for last when everyone else in the roster is already taken.

What Season 11: Reorientation Actually Changed

The big headline is obviously Rover, but the quieter story is the balance pass. Team Jade leaned into targeted buffs rather than a full meta reset this time — Vlinder, Toxik, Stinger, and Hackclaw all got real improvements, while sniper handling and armor penetration got adjusted across the board. One thing worth flagging: Nox got no changes at all this patch, which is the balance question everyone in my Discord is arguing about right now.

The Operator Fans Genuinely Can't Agree On

Right now this is easily the loudest debate in the community, and it's basically Rover's fault. He's barely been out and people are already split into two camps: the ones who think a brand-new free operator can't possibly outclass a proven pick like Stinger this early, and the ones who think Clover's tracking is such a different kind of value that comparing him to older supports isn't fair in the first place. I've seen clips of Rover dragging players out of spots I'd genuinely never have found, and I've also seen him whiff completely against a coordinated team that just avoids open ground. Stinger's sustain is proven and doesn't ask you to learn a new tool mid-season; Rover changes how the enemy team has to play before a fight even starts. I lean Stinger for ranked Operations and Rover for Warfare, but I don't think it's a coincidence that the operator everyone's arguing about is also the one that just launched — that's usually how it goes with a big new kit, and I'd rather see how he settles over the next few weeks than declare a winner today.

How I Actually Made This Into a Shareable Graphic

Once I had my rankings sorted in my head, I wanted something I could actually post instead of a wall of text, so I grabbed a free browser-based tier list maker and dropped my picks into a ready-made Delta Force template — no sign-up, just drag the operator portraits into rows and rename the tiers. If you want to build your own version of this ranking (or straight-up disagree with mine), the Delta Force operator template already has the current roster loaded, and you can export the finished image as a PNG in a couple of clicks.

So, Where Would You Put Everyone?

That's my Season 11 ranking, built off actual hours in both modes rather than just reading patch notes. I know a few of these placements are going to get pushback — Rover in S-tier this early, Vlinder still not getting enough respect — so I'd genuinely like to hear where you'd move things. Drop your own tier list in the comments, or link the version you made if you tried the template yourself.

FAQ

How many operators does Delta Force have after Season 11? As of Season 11: Reorientation, the roster sits at 17 operators across Assault, Support, Recon, and Engineer, with Rover as the newest addition alongside his AI companion Clover. New operators keep arriving roughly every season, so expect the count to keep climbing.

Is Stinger or Rover the better support operator right now? It depends on the mode. Stinger's self-heal and revives make him the safer pick for ranked Operations, while Rover's tracking with Clover shines in the faster, messier fights you get in Warfare. Plenty of players run both depending on the match.

What's the single best all-around Delta Force operator this season? For a mixed rotation across Operations and Warfare, D-Wolf is the hardest to argue against — he's been near the top of most community rankings since release and Season 11 didn't change that.

Is the tier list maker actually free, and do I need an account? Yes — TierMakerPro's Delta Force template is free, works straight in the browser with no sign-up, and lets you drag operators between rows, rename or recolor tiers, and export the finished ranking as a PNG.
