    Leon S. Kennedy is a veteran U.S. government agent and one of Resident Evil's defining survivors. Years of biohazard operations have made him a precise shooter, close-quarters fighter, and calm crisis responder who carries experience rather than invulnerability.

  2. Grace Ashcroft

    Grace Ashcroft is an FBI technical analyst sent to investigate unexplained deaths at the Wrenwood Hotel, where her mother was killed eight years earlier. Inexperienced and visibly frightened at first, she anchors Requiem's survival-horror side through observation, puzzle-solving, and a gradual shift from fear to resistance.

    Nathan Dempsey is Grace's direct superior at the FBI. Although he knows that Alyssa's death still weighs heavily on her, he assigns Grace to investigate a series of unexplained deaths, setting her return to the Wrenwood Hotel in motion.

    Emily is a pale, visually impaired girl whom Grace finds isolated inside the Rhodes Hill Chronic Care Center. She reads braille and helps Grace solve a crucial puzzle, while her confinement and connection to the facility's experiments make her one of Requiem's most unsettling and sympathetic figures.

    Victor Gideon is a former Umbrella virologist and one of Requiem's principal antagonists, tied to early T-virus research and later experiments at Rhodes Hill. His severe burns and multi-lens goggles give him a distinctive appearance, while his pursuit of the Elpis project places him at the center of Grace and Alyssa's tragedy.
